Cannot Access BT Player or BT Sport Error Code BTP-115C

Hi

I have recently purchased a BT TV subscription (Max 4K Sport 4K) however I am having issues with trying to connect to the BT Player along with accessing BT Sport.

Every time I go to access these I receive the error code BTP-115c. I have ran the self help tool however this keeps referring me back to the BT Player settings which I cannot access.

I’ve checked other threads on the forum as well but I believe the fix requires a moderator to have a look at my account to see if it has been configured correctly.

Can anyone advise on a fix for this please.

My colleagues in the TV team have got back to me. I've checked your account and the BT TV service is showing as active. They've asked if you could try factory resetting the TV box. You can fin the instruction here - How to reset your BT TV box

Please, can you give that a go and let me know how you get on?
