Cannot get the seven day catch up to work on BT version box.

Hello,

I have the following problem with my BT version box the seven day catch up does not work, and this apples to all channels on BT version, the box is running the latest software. 

any help would be appreciated.

Hi @MATTHEWATLANT0S  sorry that the 7 day catch up is not working for you. Would you please Reset your BT TV Box and if this does not work then try a factory reset. Post back and let me know how you get on.

Thanks for getting back to me I have all ready done what you are asking but this did not fix the problem, Also I have other problem with the box. When I do a recording the box will show a small picture above the name of the recording. Some of the recording that I have recorded are missing the small picture, and other recording are showing the picture above the tile.

Do you think that the hard drive might be starting to go ?.

any help would be appreciated.

Hi John

I am happy to tell you that I got the box to reset and also I reset the powrline addpers and reset my BT home hub 6 router as well and so far had no problems have not tried the seven day catch up yet. But will let you know.
