Cannot remote record

Using the BT App on my Android phone paired with a BT You View box . Go to TV guide, select a programme well in advance of the current time, press record episode, message back episode requested but nothing appears on the box. So remote record doesn't work. Go into settings, select device management, error message, sorry there's a problem.

So remote record doesn't work.

Go to device management on the App, "sorry- there's a problem"

Any thoughts?

Sorry you're having problems using the remote record feature.  Have you spoken with anyone since you posted this?
