Catch up on BT extra channels.

Is there a catch up service for the Internet delivered channels?  I have infinity and entertainment plus, giving me the extra entertainment channels, I sure I remember reading, when I placed my order, that the BT player contained a catch up service for these channels, though I've never managed to find it, the only things I seem to be able to access are films and box sets to rent or buy.

Yes there is. As soon as you go into the BT player you should see a catch up section near the bottom of the list. It has been known to go missing.

I do not have "Catch up" in my menu, all the other options are as shown in your photo, just no catch up.

is there a way to add this?

This happened to me, but next day catch-up was back on the list.

I've had the extra channels for a couple of months now, but have never seen catch up in the BT player menu.

So no catch up for me then... Assuming something, somewhere is not set up, or activated correctly. Seems typical of what is rapidly becoming a half hearted attempt at a tv service.

The catch up is really really pointless.

I covers the last episode at best for a few shows, some have longer with 3 or 4 at most.

The Childrens catchup players however put the rest to shame with more content and whole series.

Are you able to watch the extra channel live - Such as Gold on 310?

All the channels work fine, there's just no catch up option in the BT player menu.

I'm the same but with the kids player Disney channel and Disney DX are  listed on the Youview box under kids players but are still there on the BT TV app under kids players on my IPad Mini 4.
