Changing my pin

I have been trying to rent a film from btplayer, but I have never set a pin, and it does not recognise the default pin 1234. I tried resetting my box, but It still doesn't recognise the default pin. How do I reset my pin

Thanks, I've just tried 0000, with no luck. I guess I'm going to have to phone the help desk.
