Channel not set up

Hi 

 

I have been having some issues with my broadband connection for the past month and am now getting " Channel is not set up " message on all my internet channels .I've checked my speed and although it's still not what it should be it is plenty fast enough to be able to recieve Tv channels.I'm sure it's something simple any help much appreciated

I should have added that the youview box is connected directly to the smarthub via cable and I have re set the youview box and also re scanned the channels
