Hi
We were sent a new box and have a couple of issues.
1. cannot go back to the beginning of a program that has already started
2. cannot find ch4+ to watch/record

If your box is connected to the internet you should get a green button prompt on BBC channels to watch from start.
If you have set up your box to IP mode for the channels there isn’t C4 + 1 on there.
