TSG rang us to say they were no longer doing Aerial installations to due to Corona virus crisis, which is fair enough, but BT have still charged us for the installation and the aerial.
How do I get this refunded?
I assumed it would be automatic and don't really want to put more load on the helpline. I'll have to arrange my own installation and don't want them turning up at some random time in the future with another aerial.
