Hi! I got a BT broadband, landline and TV connection a couple of weeks ago. I got a call from BT on 22 March for fixing my NOW TV. Failing to do so, the BT representative told me that she would call me back on the 26th. I received a call on the 26th, but they did not address the NOW TV issue. I am still left with no ability to connect to NOW TV and there is no way to contact BT right now. Could anyone please suggest me how do I activate my NOW TV with the passcode provided during the time of placing the BT order? Thanks in advance!
