Connecting a second tv

I've connected a second tv to my youview box via the aerial out, I've turned on the antenna out in the box settings and done a channel scan on my second tv and picked up all the freeview channels my question is what channel will the signal from the box be on? So if I want to watch bt sport on my second tv I turn the box to bt sport channel but I can't find the correct channel on the second tv?

Hope that makes sense!

Re: Connecting a second tv

Welcome to this user forum.

There is no RF modulator in the YouView box, all RF out does is to enable the FreeView signal to pass to the TV.

You would have to purchase YouView multiroom addon from BT. That would give you another YouView box which would need to be connected to the Internet.

Re: Connecting a second tv

Another option would be use a hdmi splitter and then run hdmi over cat5 cable to your other room. That would allow the same channel to be viewed as the first box as well as being in HD
