Crossed Line

Discovered when my neighbour and I are on a landline call at same time to external recipients, we have a crossed line.  We went onto fibre optic recently in our village but not sure of the cable from the telegraph pole to our flats was updated.  Neighbour does not use his landline much.  I do not use it during day. Taken a while to discover this.

Hi @laura0805 I'm sorry to see you're experiencing a crossed line fault. If you call 0800 800 151 and quote 'Landline fault' the helpdesk will raise a fault report to the engineers.
