Hi @Filosopher

My advice would be to put aside what has happened in the past when you have contacted BT and give the mod a chance to fix the issue. The mods are normally really good and if they are saying the broadband is the problem I wouldn't doubt then.

Thanks Matt-S has come to my rescue and I`m expecting an engineer on Tuesday....unless of course!!!

Engineer came and fixed the broadband issue,a new box installed yesterday and normal service has been resumed.
A learning curve for me...use the on line chat and trust the Moderators.

Thanks,I know now where to look for help.Never too old to learn!
Glad I discovered the Community board...and a credit to BT that this is the first time I have needed help other than moving house in 49 years.
