DTRT1000 problems

Hello!

I am having all sorts of problems with my Youview box (DTRT1000).

Problems :

1. Very slow in starting.

2. Programs scheduled to record are not recorded but still in schedule.

3. Programs not recorded from start.

4. Some recorded programs only partially recorded.

I have performed a Factory reset via the menu, but the problems persist.

I had a program scheduled to record yesterday afternoon, program last 45mins. only recorded 29 mins.

Program scheduled to record today at 12.15 not recorded, checked still in schedule.

The box is ethernet connected to a wired network.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix these problems?

Can I get a box upgrade free of charge?

@enfield250 

If you are still in a BT Vision contract, then you should be able to get it replaced with the latest model, for free.

Thats what I meant, I just referred to the old name.
