I ordered a BT package with BT TV, BT Sport, Landline and broadband to begin on 23/11/2018 but I still cannot get my BT TV subscription channels due to error BTP-15000.
We have phoned BT countless times and been told that it will all be sorted within 48 hours but we are still without our subscription channels and it is nearing 2 weeks.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @Bennnx94 sorry you have been unable to view subscription channels yet and have called to get this fixed a few times. Drop us over your details by clicking on my profile and selecting the contact the mods option and complete the form. We will be happy to get this fixed for you.
Thank you for sending in your details. I'm sorry you haven't been able to use your BT TV service. I've ran a few checks on your service. I can see that the order has closed of but unfortunately the BT TV service hasn't been correctly link to your Broadband.
I've reported this through to my colleagues in the BT TV Team to fix. I should have an update for you on Monday and I'll get back in touch with you then.
I gave your home number a quick call. The BT TV team have got back to me to say they believe they've fixed the issue. Please can you let me know if your BT TV service is back working as it should?
