I'm having error message BTP-15000 when I try to access subscription channels via my YouView box. It seems to suggest I am not a BT TV customer but it's showing correctly on my account when I log into the website. Having run through the motions with a person over the phone (turn off and on again, factory reset etc) they suggested an engineer was sent round. I can't see that being anything more than a huge waste of time as it's clearly an issue with my BT account not reflecting my BT TV and BT Sport. The box itself works fine, freeview channels work fine and it can access the internet as I regularly stream netflix through it.
Does anyone know a fix as I'm getting annoyed at having to watch BT sport on my computer instead of on my TV.
