Getting Error WJ900 (along with others so it seems from the BT Community). Cannot login or watch on BT TV app AND the same on the laptop.
Very helpful - NOT!! - when it tells me to switch on by BT TV box and tune to Channel 1/2/3 or whichever Channel the programme is on.
Have already done all the Moderator suggestions: Cleared Cookies/Cache, I have a BT TV subscription and have a linked BT ID and I am the a/c holder. Suggestions would be much appreciated.

Sorry to hear that you're getting an error message when trying to watch the BTTV app.
Have you ever been able to use the app or online player before?
What channel are you trying to watch on the BTTV app or does it happen with all channels?
Have been able to view on the app previously but not working now and only just tried to start watching online.
It is ALL BTTV channels.
Finally logged on to the BT app & can watch BT Sport but cannot watch any other channels still getting the Switch he box on and watch whichever channel.
We have a subscription for BT TV and Now TV, paying for the privilege and cannot watch them on anything other than the main TV.
