Error code BTP-15000 and BTP-15990

Just received my new 4K UHD BT TV box and when I've set it up I'm receiving error code BTP-15000 and BTP-15990. Saying I need a BT TV account but I already have one and it's still not working.

Been onto Chat with BT but they were unable to help and passed it on to the backend team to do some digging, just wondering if anyone on here has any ideas.

I'm sorry you're seeing both those error messages.  It's an account issue from our side.  We can help put things right for you.  Due to the weekend fast approaching, it'll be the start of next week before we're able to get this sorted for you but we will be in touch when we do.
