I cannot receive my subscription channels when I enter code into bts code tool and it is not recognised I an anyone help

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this is causing. Has there been any orders placed on the account recently? Any other changes?
No changes to acc only ordered a film 2 nights ago
Have you tried restarting the box to see if this clears the error message?
Also, have the channels only recently stopped working, or did they never work?
