Error code YVM607 every time I switch on the YouView box & TV. Help!
I have only had BT TV for just over two weeks. Every time I log on and try and access the HD free view channels or BT sport I get the error code YVM607. I then have to unplug the HDMI cable from the back of the YouView box and replace it and then it works! Engineer came today & reckons it is an incompatibility error between my non 4K TV and the superior HD afforded by the box! He is going to request a not so sophisticated HD box and thinks this may help! Anyone else had this problem and how did you rectify it?
