Error code?

Hello first time posting basically I signed up for BT landline, Broadband and TV after leaving Virgin media and it all came and I've set it up all correctly but when I've attempted to set up my channels it comes up that I'm not a customer and that I need to ring a number and quote BTP-15000 which I did do. However was on hold two hours and got nowhere I've got two babies so I can't Keep doing that. I've tried resetting it etc but it's not working and just says the same thing please advise. X

From looking back using search it looks like mod help was needed to fix that error so have asked mod to help. They will post here

Hi @Hellchild400  thanks for sending over your details. The BT TV is not working as this part of your order has failed. I have the order team working to fix this for you and will let you know when they have fixed things.

Hi @Hellchild400  The team have fixed the BTTV service order now for you. Please can check and you may need to factory reset your box and update the players and apps also. Post back and let me know how you get on.
