Error message BTP-15990 and missing tv channels

Please can someone help, I have reset the box and done a software update but when trying to open the bt player keep getting the same error message. I have tried to call and no luck fixing, and when I enter the error code into the error search on bt website it says not valid?
I also don’t have access to any of the entertainment channels despite the online account saying I should have them.

@Loug232 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry about the problems with your BT TV. Is your line a broadband working at the moment? I've seen this error message come up when the orders haven't been completed.
