I am also getting this issue and have been phoning the 0800 number for a week, with little success. I have done factory resets without any changes to the situation except that it means I need to resign in to everything again.
My order is still marked as open even though the work was completed last week, and it looks like that is at least partly my problem. I am getting a little tired of the holding music on the 0800 number and so if you are capable of sorting this out for me, that would be great.
