Some customers may find that the Eurosport channels are missing in their EPG and attempts to tune to channels 412/413 (Eurosport 1/2 SD) or 435/436 (Eurosport 1/2 HD) will return a "No Channel" message.
A manual software update and reboot of the TV Box should resolve the issue.
