Every day box seems to have lost connection

I have just upgraded from BT Vision. However every day the Youview box seems to lose connection to the Home hub. Anything OD won't work.

The home hub is fine and everything else connected is working, just the Youview box has got itself into a state. Switching it off and off resolved the issue.

 

It's not the hub, the wires or anything else - the vision box was fine in the same setup for ages.

 

The network is set to 'Auto'

 

Anyone know what's wrong?

This problem seems fairly common,mine did this daily last October/November,rang BT,engineer rang me back and talked me through a reset,its found through blue y button,settings,device management no problems since then,although it does lose your recordings it was worth it.Would advise ringing BT first.
