Following a previous thread regarding the new charging policy for BT Sport, I renewed my Entertainment Plus package in March and the female adviser who renewed my contract didn"t mention that I would continue to receive BT Sport for free if I upgraded to the Max package, which I would've done,. According to the aforementioned recent thread it is now too late to upgrade my package to avoid the new BT Sport £3.50 a month charge from August, so if that is the case I now wish to raise a complaint. Can my complaint be escalated from here or do I have to call Customer Services and if so, on which telephone number? Kind regards
