Re: FOX TV channel ending on BT TV

I had a response from Fox:

Thank you for your email.

From 1st March 2016 FOX will no longer be available on BT. Viewers can continue to enjoy their favourite FOX programmes including brand new episodes of The Walking Dead, and UK premieres of NCIS and American Dad! on Sky 124, Virgin 157, TalkTalk 422 and Now TV.

For full information on how to watch FOX please follow the below link:
http://www.foxtv.co.uk/about-fox

Best wishes,

FOX

It seems available on all platforms apart from BT.

Re: FOX TV channel ending on BT TV

I wasn't offered any discount when I called yesterday, just given the sales pitch of how great the other channels are etc etc. So I asked to be released from my contract early which was done without any question.

Re: FOX TV channel ending on BT TV

If £1.50 is all they are going to offer people on entertainment Max, they are seriously deluded, its not long since it went up from £15 to £16.
Once i get the email i will be off, not enough on now to keep me.

Re: FOX TV channel ending on BT TV

No need to wait for the email - I didn't have one when I rang yesterday. I just started the conversation by saying I've heard Fox was being removed on 1st March and went from there.

Re: FOX TV channel ending on BT TV

Just rang BT, they say I can't leave my contract for free, they have offered £20 refund, I am fuming.

Re: FOX TV channel ending on BT TV

I rang up and cancelled my BT tv and BT sport. Parcel force are coming to pick up my youview box as well. No more IPC errors for me. I am off back to Sky for a year with a 50% discount I got in the mail today.

Re: FOX TV channel ending on BT TV

Well I had no problem at all and this was before I had the email, the email clearly states you can cancel your TV contract without penalty

Re: FOX TV channel ending on BT TV

Keith75. Ring again this number below from email and get someone else.
If you want to leave your BT TV contract because of this, and you’re within your minimum contract period, you’ll need to call us on 0800 032 4624 within 30 days of receiving this email to avoid paying a charge for leaving your BT TV contract early.
I got offered to watch TWD in BT store for free with a credit applied to account. No Thanks BT.
