Possibly related to the current software update but my youview box keeps freezing on the menu screens... the only option i have is to reset the box.. Also noted that the box seems to keep losing the interenet connection for some reason and as mentioned in some messages i'm also getting the screen freezing when i go into the kids tv options....
what is going on ? Can anyone from BT enlightened me with an answer which will solve my problems ??
I am obviously not getting the service I'm paying for so starting to think that switching back to SKY might be my only option 😞
I asked the same question 2 weeks ago,im still waiting for an answer,BT are very quiet on this problem.

StuartH,if you look at thread stuck on kids [2 pages]you will see its a pain,i was on the phone for an hour to customer servises was talked through a full factory reset all to no avail,the lady said BT where aware of the problem and are trying to sort it??
