I have just had BT broadband and BT YouView installed. All seemed OK until this week and most of the recordings I have set have failed. Why do some programmes record and others fail. It is only set to record one program at any time.
This is annoying as Sky rarely failed unless there was a thunderstorm and then it was often just a blip in the recording showing a partial recording.
Are these the normal Freeview channels - if so which ones - or are they subscription channels like BT Sport?
If they're Freeview it might be worth checking the signal strength and quality of the channels affected & post those results back here.
