Gold HD (#392) - audio sync issue

Anybody else finding the audio on #392 (Gold HD) is way out of sync?

Not finding it on other HD channels or Gold SD.

Certainly Dads Army (7:15pm)  seems to have audio synch issue

Sorry you're having problems.

I have checked from here and I am not seeing any issues with the channel.  Can you check and let me know please?

Just to confirm, it's the live channel you're referring to and not recordings?

It looks better now although I would say that it's still out by a fraction.

Have you tried re-tuning the channels via the Settings Menu?

To answer @RobbieMac  questions

Yes my brief checks have all been based upon the live channel 392  (no trick play or recording  so just normal )ive broadcast. 

The Dads Army 7 episode 7:15Pm 11March had very noticeable audio  out of synch issue

The following programme The Good Life  8pm 11 March had  noticeable audio out of synch but was less than the Dads Army programme.

This morning Last of the Summer Wine 10am 12 March has the audio almost in synch so  probably only out by a small fraction and doesn't affect my viewing of that programme.

( the Last of Summer Wine was a 16:9  broadcast whereas the Dads Army and Good Life were 4:3 broadcasts)

Interesting...

How is your Youview box connected to your hub? Is it direct ethernet or broadband extenders?

Have re-scanned all channels.  Box is connected direct by ethernet cable to router.

Connection from box is direct to a/v amp.

UK Gold HD - and only UK Gold HD still has a slight sync issue although seems a bit better than yesterday.

I can adjust to make it perfect - but then all the other channels are out.
