Five months on and still not been fixed.
Has any advance been made yet?.
Absolute disgrace that this problem continues six months after being initially reported. BT have done nothing to rectify the issue and have now stopped responding to queries.
Where are we with BT ? Answers please.
Well BT, why are you antagonising your customers? This is a very long-standing problem where your subscribers who provide your pay packets are being ignored. Deliberately? You do not even have the common courtesy and decency to give any kind of statement as to the 'aspect ratio' problem on Gold, why it is happening and whether or not you have any intention of a resolution. Have BT no pride in serving their loyal customers? It is downright rudeness not befitting such a large and long-standing company.
Hi all,
Just to let you know this is being looked at and a solution will be implemented in the near future.
I can't give you a specific date yet, which I understand is frustrating, but I wanted you to know this is being progressed and will be fixed.
As soon as we have an agreed date for the fix to be implemented, I will share this with you.
Thanks
Gavin
