At Last! Channel 392 wasn't there at first, so I re-tuned the channels. Went to 392 and clicked OK, whereupon it was duly added to my HD channels. Gold is great in HD and aspect ratio is now fixed. It's been such a long time, but thankyou to those responsible. I'm sure our constant nagging wore them down!
