HD Signal Terrible

Hi

In the last few days I have been getting a bad signal on my HD Channels.  This is only happening on the subscribed channels (Alibi, BT Sport, etc), not normal HD Channels (BBC1, ITV, etc).

I have retuned my box, checked the cables but still having this issue.  

Any ideas what I can try?

Re-tuning only applies to the Freeview channels, if you're having problems with the subscription channels then it's a network issue. How is your box connected to your router (direct LAN, Power Line Adapters etc)

Possibly errors on your broadband connection.

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
