Whenever I attempt to view BT Sport or UK Gold (or any other channel that I pay for) I just see a black screen that will slowly change to the viewed channel but be so pixelated and covered in a mainly green colour, that it is unviewable.
I can see these channels on my phone via the BT Apps. I have completed a factory reset and also restarted the whole network at the same time.
I would raise a fault but can't be bothered to sit on the phone for another 30 mins
Any ideas any one?

How is your box connected to your hub and do you see any error messages
The mini connectors would be my prime suspect. You need to do whatever is necessary to eliminate them. I suggest you move the box to within reach of the hub and connect it using an Ethernet cable
