I NEED A MOD AND I DO MEAN NOW..

HI BT,

 

After having significant reset issues with a 4k Bt Youview  over the last few months and it happening again since xmas, twice, I have requested a new box, just to be told by foreigners i cant understand, that I would have a call back.... A call back that never happened.... Thanks for your lack of customer service **Edited**

 

Ive called back again to explain my problem to be transfered to another non-english speaker and have to explain it again..

 

To then be told that I would not be getting a new UHD box becuase BT dont replace them.....

 

ITS **Edited** BROKE!!!    DONT YOU GET IT!!!   WE LOST ALL OUR RECORDINGS FOR 3 MONTHS **Edited**

 

AND ALL OUR XMAS RECORDINGS TOO...

 

Now i want 3 months compensation, a new UHD youview box and at least 1 year for free...

That sounds reasonable to me.... And as we are the customer.. we are right..
