I've returned your equipment, but you still keep asking for it!

We recently cancelled out BT TV and Broadband and have sent the equipment back to you in the prepaid bag that you sent us. I also have a receipt for the postage.

Yet, you still send me emails requesting that I return the equipment! I'm extremely worried that you're going to charge me for it!

Hi @ashleydawson, Sorry you are getting emails for the return of your equipment. Please can you let me know when you sent it back as it can take a bit of time for it to arrive and be logged as received back by the warehouse.

It was send back on 19/02/2020 and I can provide a copy of the postage receipt if necessary.
