We recently cancelled out BT TV and Broadband and have sent the equipment back to you in the prepaid bag that you sent us. I also have a receipt for the postage.
Yet, you still send me emails requesting that I return the equipment! I'm extremely worried that you're going to charge me for it!

Hi @ashleydawson, Sorry you are getting emails for the return of your equipment. Please can you let me know when you sent it back as it can take a bit of time for it to arrive and be logged as received back by the warehouse.
