IPC 6007 error on new orderv - BT EXPERT help needed

Hello All

 

just trying to understand what the error IPC 6007 means?

 

I am running my setup as follows, BT HH5 bridging to my CISCO rv320. I have PPPoE setup on the Cisco WAN port and apps like netflix, milkshake all work ok.

 

I have passthrough multicasting enabled on the firewall and all works apart from the subscribed channels.

 

Any help will be appriciated

Hi @Teamhuggies and thanks for posting.

 

I'm sorry you're having problems with the error code. Are you able to connect directly to the hub? If so can you try that and let me know if it help. You might also want to take a look at What do the BT TV error codes mean?
