Getting error code IPC6007.
Cannot play subscription channels. Have followed all historical advice I can find; resetting router, BT box, updating software etc..
Broadband working fine and can watch BT sport etc on my iphone app. Would really like to watch the football on TV tomorrow night!

Exactly what is your setup? How is the Youview box - which one - connected to your router and is that still a BT HomeHub?
Is this a new setup or an existing one that now doesn't work?
BT box is connected to broadband with an Ethernet cable via mini connectors. This is not a new setup per se; it has been working for last year or (albeit sometimes temperamental), however recently I reconnected everything as I bought a new TV which seems to have caused the problem.
Hi @Nick84,
Welcome to the Community.
Sorry to hear that you are having problems with your BTTV service.
The new TV shouldn't be causing any issues with the BTTV service unless the ethernet cable was knocked loose when the new TV was being set up.
Are you able to access the BT Player?
Can you try and relink up the mini connectors and let me know if this fixes the issue?
Matt
Hi Matt,
Thanks for your message. I am unable to access BT player too, however in the broadband settings screen if says that the broadband is connected.
I can try and relink the mini connectors. Is that just a case of pressing the link button on the broadband hub?
Thanks

Depending on what model of mini connector you have this may change slightly.
Press the link button on the connector closes to the hub then go and press the link button near the BTTV box. After a few moments, the connectors should link and "find each other".
Do you by any chance have a laptop that you could use to run an ethernet speed test?
Matt
THanks Matt. Just at work at the moment so will try when I get home.
Internet working well otherwise - Smart TV streaming HD etc.
Nick
No worries @Nick84.
If that doesn't work and you still have the same issue let us know. I've sent you a Private Message with details on how you can get in contact with the mod team.
Thanks
Matt
Hi @Nick84,
How did you get on with re-linking the power line connecters?
If that didn't help drop me a private message and I can check to make sure everything is correct in the background.
Matt
Hi Matt,
Thanks for your help. I re-linked mini connectors which did not help but then restored factory settings and now my subscription channels are working.
Thanks,
Nick
