I am after a bit of help/advice to try and fix the dreaded ipc6023 error on my BTTV service. My current setup is
Draytek vigor 130 setup in bridge mode
Netgear R8000 with the tick box for BT igmp/snooping setting ticked.
BT mini connector power adapters connecting to two bttv youview boxes.
I have been using this setup for a while since my bt smart hub 1 decided to stop working after a power cut. the setup has been working fine but around about a month ago it started to drop the premium and bt sport channels with the good old ipc6023 error.
I have tried resetting all the devices but with no luck. i have also followed the diagnostic help on the BT website.
looking at other peoples issues and solutions on here and trying all of them i could find, i cannot see where i am going wrong.

Hi @Tompage51 welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry you are getting the IPC6023 error code. I notice you previously used the Smart Hub until it went faulty. If you are still in contract I will be happy to arrange a replacement smart hub for you. Post back and let me know if you would like to try that.
Hi @NeilO sorry I missed your call, the router arrived yesterday and I have plugged it in and the ipc6023 error has now fixed itself.
I can only assume there is something that has changed in the 3rd party setup that I cannot see. I'll leave the bt hub in from now on as it's working straight out of the box.

Just a quick question, the Netgear has great parental controls that the smart hub does not have. Is there any way the Netgear router can be used with the hub 6 so I can keep some of the functions?
