I recently moved my hub as it was in a cupboard under the stairs and the signal was poor. The connection to my house comes into this cupboard. I have used a powering adapter here and another in the living room and placed the hub in the living room. The TV box is then directly connected to the hub.
Everything is now working other than BT sports channels which is giving me an IPC6023 error. I have tried the basics, resetting hub/box etc but it is not fixing it. Have I done the wrong thing connecting the hub like I have?
