IPC6023 error

I've just upgraded and got bt tv, installed.itnon my go live day and updated the software then tuned the channels.in, it's plugged directly into my router and says it has internet connection.

 

I can play catch up videos and BT sport channels work fine. If I try to watch anything from entertainment it throws up the ipc6023 error.

 

On the BT app on my phone I can watch all the channels fine.

 

Ready to throw it out the window

Hi @Danauckland,

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. 

The IPC6023 error usually indicates an issue with the speed of the Broadband connection. What speeds are you currently getting?

Can you try the following steps

  • First, restart your Hub
  • Wait for the broadband light on your Hub to go blue
  • Restart your TV box, using the power switch on the back

If you're still getting the error after that, please post back.

Hi I've tried that several times, my speed is between 12-15meg
