IPC6023 fault

Hi I'm new to this forum but can see from similar posts how many other people appear to have had an identical problem to mine with this error message appearing on internet based channels (esp Sky Sports Main event for me). I click back, go to programme guide, select another channel (e.g BT Sports 1) then go back the previous channel I was watching which works fine for a few minutes then the whole process frustratingly repeats itself. On demand channels work absolutely fine. The internet signal is also fine and I've completed all the basic checks and solutions (resetting router etc) without any change. It appears from previous posts that this is an external issue and that BT should be able to recognise and resolve the fault. Can anyone advise me on how best to take this further please?
