Hi all, searched the forums and can't seem to resolve this.
I can't seem to be able to access the connected device settings I see in the MyBT app on the desktop site.
I think I need to assign speed to my BT box to enable the HD channels, looks like the box (despite being wired) is only receiving 6mbps. All the other devices in the house are getting big speeds.
Any ideas how I can set this manually. It has worked fine up until yesterday and now I see the IPC6023 error message on the HD channels. Normal BT channels work fine.
Any help appreciated

How is the box connected to the router?

Thanks for the replies but I still see the error message on the BT HD sport channels. I have a wired connection.
Other HD channels working fine.
Error message reads:
There is a problem with your broadband which is affecting BT Sport HD1. Check the connection between the box and router, then restart the router. IPC6023.

Apologies for the delay in responding.
I basically switched everything off for an hour and switched on, it has rectified. Not sure if the router or something wider but many thanks for the responses.
