Any BTTV experts 😉 around to just clarify that the 220 ISP is actually now correct for Fibre customers also please...

I've just checked with the guy resposible and the ISP Configurations have not changed, just the file version numbers:

90 = 220

91 = 221

92 = 222

93 = 223

94 = 224

95 = 225

96 = 226

200 = 230

201 = 231

It may at some point go back to the other versions but not confirmed yet.

Anyone any ideas?

This was a separate issue, if you try an update now then it should go back to normal for you.

Re: ISP configuration 220

So basically, thats saying that a full update & restart is performed to deliver no new feature/function - cos the process sees a new # & assumes its an update ?

I think a case of wishful thinking and grasping at straws that any thing that changes might be a run up to a new software update  🙂

Re: ISP configuration 220

Many thanks Steve_M for quick response. Now have all the correct channels with ISP config of 230. Apologies for my posting on what was a separate issue.

Re: ISP configuration 220

Since the update to 220, my old YouView box seems to be slow at starting recordings (both broadcast and internet) and also when stopping recordings.

Rebooting the box made no difference.

Could the config change have made any difference?

The actual configuration hasn't changed, its just the file version numbering so I don't think it would have caused the problems you're having.

Very strange. The box used to be reasonably responsive, so I don't know waht has changed.
