Hi I recently purchased BT broadband and TV, I have tryed 4 times to get this resolved and it still hasn't been so not sure what to do now. Basically the wrong email has been used to set up my Now TV subscription that I bought with my package. So I can't access my Now TV account because of this. Can anyone help please
Ah this is exactly the issue I've got and have just made a post about! Seems the hardest thing in the world for BT to resolve!
@JohnC2 - this does not seem to be something that Customer Services is able or knowledgeable enough about to fix.
Yes I have spoken to them 4 times now, each time was told they have changed it for me, but they haven't.
Yes I did. I was contacted via the forum directly and they were able to resolve the issue for me.
