Hi @Stacyshays Sorry you are experiencing sound loss on your BTTV service.
Does this only occur on Freeview channels or subscription channels or both?
Are you using a BT Hub?
Is your hub connected to the Youview box via ethernet cables or powerline adapters?
Hi @Stacyshays Just to clarify are you using wireless adapters to connect the BTTV box to the Hub?
If so please can you try and connect using an ethernet cable just to test if the fault is still happening as the adapters could be the cause.
