I went to watch a recording on my youview box but it won't play - other recordings do play but I've worked this one has come from an Internet channel. I've currently got an issue with my broadband (engineer coming out Thursday) so I assume the 2 are related. Are Internet recordings stored differently ie not on the box?
I think the recordings are stored on the box, but need to confirm your box has an active subscription to watch the recorded internet programmes. If you have an issue with your internet then the box might not be able to communicate with the server to confirm you have an active subscription.
