Internet subscription channels

Hi everyone,

For the last few days, channels like Gold have stopped working on my box, with the IPC6023 error message.

I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps, and the internet is fine, so I'm a bit stuck now!

Any thoughts?

Hi @michaelwh1 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're getting the IPC6023 error. If you have FTTP broadband have you tried resetting the Openreach ONT box?

2+ hours of phone calls to support trying to fix this issue to no avail - they were stumped - it then got escalated and I've heard nothing for 2 weeks. I then read this and in 2 mins, it fixes the issue. Amazing really.
