Hi @Raeburn_28 do you have a Future Voice Access line? If so this, unfortunately, means that the MyBT order process won't work for you and I apologise for any inconvenience caused, if you give us a call on 0800 800 150 the TV sales team will be able to place the order for you.
I took out the 6 months offer on the bt website via my bt account. I can logon to Britbox on my ipad but when I go to the Britbox app on my BT Box, it wants me to login via a tablet, etc or click on the 'take 6 moths free offer'. There is no option to login to Britbox via the dtr 4000.
I have BT broadband contract but I do not have a BT TV contract.
I do have a BT Youview box.
Under this 6 month offer will I be able to access BritBox via the app on my BT Youview box, or will I be limited to access only via an app on my PC or tablet?
@PJ_Maybe You do not need a BT TV subscription to use the BritBox App on Youview(BT Boxes). It doesn't matter who bills you you just need a active Britbox account. By signing up via BT your future billing (after your free period) and account issues would be with BT.
