Ipc6023

Hi, i have lost my subscription channels, with ipc6023 error message and blank screen. Bt player and catchup are working, broadband speed is around 70mbps.
2 calls to bt and still no resolution. Can anybody help please?

Hi @seasend25  Welcome back to the forum and sorry you are having a fault with your BTTV service. 

Did you get this resolved? If not check out the error code on What do the BT TV error codes mean? for help with this error. 
Are you connected from the hub to the BTTV box via Ethernet or powerline adapters?
Did the service work ok before and this has just started to happen?

Thanks john, i am connected via ethernet to router. Broadband speed is good. I am told unofficially that the problem is something to do with multicast from the exchange, but the bt call centre don't seem to know what I'm talking about. I have been without subscription channels for a week now, everything had been fine for the previous 12 months. I appreciate any assistance you are able to offer.
